Jordi Hernandez Discipline Is One of The Keys to Achieving Good Results


Jordi Hernàndez has recently achieved great success. The moranovense settled in Tarragona, who competes for the Praetorians Team and prepares in the Gimnàs Royal Tàrraco, won the State powerlifting in less than 110 kilos (senior) and finished second overall (of the 55 participants he signed the second best senior mark in relative strength). Jordi lifted a total of 715 kilos between the three movements, weighing 106 kilos. In addition, the Spaniard also took part in the Catalunya deadweight cup, where he finished second senior in the -110-kg category (tied for the first) and third in the general classification. Finally, it is noteworthy that in the Copa de Catalunya press bench he was second senior at -110 kilos.
